If you would like to make a purchase from our online store, please note that we require all customers to send an e-transfer to completecommerce@protonmail.com to complete the transaction. In the e-transfer note, please ensure to include your full name and invoice number so that we can properly identify your order.

Additionally, please keep in mind that we have a minimum order requirement of $150.

Once we receive your payment and order details, we will begin processing your order. Please note that it takes 1-2 business days to process, pack and ship all orders, and we only ship within Canada.

We ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays. Therefore, if you place an order on a weekend or national holiday, we will not be able to process or ship it until the next business day.
